Rated 1 out of 5 by from Subwoofer is not working Very disappointed to have spent so much money, whereby the subwoofer only works when it feels like it, even worse such a big brand JBL, I HOPE THEY HAVE STOPPED MAKING THIS NONSENSE BECAUSE IT'S QUITE USELESS AND A WAIST OF PEOPLE'S MONEY.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good sound, but does not work properly. Only a few months in and the system started playing up. Won't come on, when on if you try to put the volume up or down it switches off, bluetooth won't always connect or disconnects by its self. The whole thing just seems confused. It's really frustrating. I hoped that there might be a firmware update available by now, as was indicated, but can't seem to find anything. Unfortunately I was not able to return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE SUB JUST STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONE MONTH I BOUGHT THE SUB AND IT WAS EASY TO UNPACK AND CONNECT, BOUGHT IT SPECIALLY FOR ITS RELIABLE BRAND AND TO ME IT IS EXPENSIVE SO I EXPECTED MUCH MORE QUALITY FOR 2.5K . AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

Every night in the early hours of the morning the Cinema SB150 comes on playing sound from our DSTV Decoder even when I make sure the JBL system is switched off every evening...it still somehow switches itself - very annoying!

My Sub woofer pairing is satisfactory but there is no sound from sub-woofer. Every 5-10 seconds there is 'popping' sound from the sub woofer. Tried the available troubleshooting tips but no use. Appreciate your assistance in fixing this issue.

Asked by: Arun
I noticed my SubWoofer stops working after it might have been moved around. I opened the SubWoofer at the back (if yours is under warranty then don't), and found one of the connectors slightly pulled out but not completely. I then re-inserted it and it works again. Seems the cable tie in the Sub where it is attached to another cable is too tight or incorrectly fastened. Please unplug power while attempting this and do not mess around with anything else.

Asked by: Andre
I had the same problem. With the sound bar turned on, I pulled out the sub power cable and waited for 10 minutes. When I plugged it back in, it automatically paired.
