The automatic time adjustment does not seem to work. What can be the reason? I am using my On Air at work.
JBL On Air uses another network port for time adjustment than your normal computer network. This means that the automatic time adjust feature usually works perfectly in your home, but may have problems communicating with an office network because of firewall settings. JBL On Air uses “User Datagram Protocol” (UDP) on port number 123. Your firewall should allow access to Network Time Protocol services via internet through this port. If you are in doubt how to do this, please contact your local network support to set up your firewall accordingly.
